The spikes are sharp enough to deliver that perfect prickle of sensation without ever feeling painful. I love running it slowly up the inside of my partner's arm, watching every tiny wheel leave its trail.

I wasn't sure how intense a tiny pinwheel could be, but the gliding motion combined with those sharp spikes definitely wakes up every nerve ending. The contrast between the smooth roll and the prickle is surprisingly addictive, perfect for teasing sensitive spots.

The spikes are delightfully sharp, giving just the right prickle, though I wish the wheel had a bit more heft to it. It glides smoothly across the skin and definitely delivers on those shivers. A solid tool for sensation play, but a heavier build would make it feel more substantial.
