Lip Appeal Waterproof Lip Liner (FTW - 003)

I’ve been wearing shade 003 all day through rain and coffee runs, and it hasn’t budged once—definitely lives up to the waterproof claim. The pencil is creamy enough to line smoothly without tugging, which is a nice bonus for a long-lasting liner.

Shade 003 is a solid everyday neutral that glides on smoothly without tugging. I wish it lasted a bit longer through lunch, but the waterproof claim holds up well for normal wear.

The shade 003 is pretty and the waterproof claim held up through a full meal, which surprised me. That said, the liner tip is a bit stiff and pulls on my lips, so I have to go slow to get a clean line. It does the job, but I’ve had smoother formulas for the price.
